With over ten years of operational military experience as an Army Officer, Cristian possesses exemplary leadership qualities that have uniquely equipped him with the skills needed to coordinate, motivate and manage teams effectively. Cristian's unwavering commitment to excellence, work ethic, and integrity set him apart amongst his peers.
Cristian has brought his leadership qualities to bear in various Project Management and Integrated Logistics Support roles in the Defence and Space Industry sectors. He has shown an exceptional talent for managing complex stakeholder relationships, balancing best-for-client objectives with competing constraints and limitations. His foresight and ability to plan strategically, coupled with an attention to detail, have further endeared him to his team and clients alike.

With over a decade of operational military experience as an Army Offers and possessing 13 years of experience in capability management and integrated logistics having worked from the tactical through to the strategic level with Defence and the Space Industry. He is passionate about managing complex stakeholder relationships with an inclination to balance best for client with competing constraints and limitations.

Chris is a seasoned management consultant with a proven track record of delivering excellent client outcomes. He has successfully built multiple businesses across different industries. With 8 years of experience in banking and finance, combined with 6 years working with Defense, Chris brings a deep understanding of various sectors.
His natural leadership and charisma enable him to build strong and successful teams, breaking down barriers to get the job done. Outside of work, Chris is passionate about people and mental health, constantly engaging in new sports and learning new skills to solve complex problems.

Rory is passionate about applying complex visualisation as an innovative approach to problem-solving that harnesses creativity and out of the box thinking to develop meaningful design solutions. By understanding the needs of users and keeping their focus on the end goal, Rory combines collaboration, research, and experimentation with visual and information design techniques to create high-quality visual artefacts that solve complex challenges.
Rory has designed visual artefacts for public health interventions across Australia and Africa, Australian public diplomacy programs with India and Indonesia, strategic communications for private industry, data visualisation for Australia’s big four banks as well as national space domain concepts and digital software blueprints for the Australian Public Sector and start ups.
